The Systems Lab
We Don't Just Imagine the Future. We're Building it.
Legacy systems are at their breaking point.
A New Architecture for Governance
A New Architecture for Governance
Heart of New Earth is a mission-driven systems lab. We bridge the gap between theoretical governance and real-world implementation. By blending technology-enabled coordination with resilient infrastructure designed by and for humans, we are creating a blueprint for communities that are ecologically regenerative, economically sovereign, and culturally enriched.
The tools we use to govern and coordinate were built for a world that no longer exists.
-
Fragmentation: Information silos prevent collective action.
-
Distrust: Centralized institutions are losing their social contract.
-
Stagnation: Our infrastructure is rigid, unable to adapt to rapid global shifts.
We are building an AI-enabled platform that allows multi-stakeholder groups to coordinate resources and make decisions with unprecedented speed and transparency.
-
Intelligence: AI supported coordination and communication that synthesize complex data to improve decision making.
-
Resilience: Decentralized economic and systems modeling that withstand external shocks and known risks.
-
Implementation: Moving from code and theory to the physical world with demonstrated real-world experiences and proven results.

We operate with the lean efficiency of a startup, and integrate emerging operating structure for a distributive, future-forward organization.
Roadmap
2025-2027
Development
Fund early-stage systems development and core research at HNE. Design and fully develop Regenerative Governance Exchange (RGX) platform and UI/UX. Accelerate the platform’s technical deployment and AI training. Provide direct infrastructure support to communities. Build diverse Founders Circle.
2027 - 2030
Testing & Scaling New Systems
Align deployment timelines with global governance milestones — including the UN's post-2030 Sustainable Development framework, World Bank community resilience initiatives, and GIIN impact measurement standards. Create succession planning for HNE core leadership while positioning HNE as a credible implementation partner for institutions seeking tested, community-led governance models.
2030 ~
Deploy & Train
Deploy governance coordination tools across regional partner communities globally. Train local leaders, institutions, and multi-stakeholder networks to operate regenerative systems independently. Transition HNE from builder to steward — embedding the infrastructure, then stepping back.
